Favela Radical

This is an ongoing series of photographs from my time spent working with the Brazilian NGO, Favela Radical.

The NGO takes children from one of Rio De Janeiro’s most dangerous favelas and teaches them how to swim, surf, climb and mountain bike in an effort to encourage an active life as opposed to them being involved with the gangs inside the favela.
