On the global stage of food and beverage, England has not been known for its sparkling wine production. However in the recent decades there has been a resurgence in English sparkling wine, as the climate warms and the once intensely frostbitten landscape has become a perfect breeding ground for grapes that serve those with a pension for crafting sparkling wine.
